Online CE courses are a great way for laboratory technicians to earn credit without any travel or additional expenses. Online CE courses are available in both free and paid versions. Completion of the courses requires either a multiple choice quiz (free courses) or for photographs of coursework to be submitted (paid courses).
All paid courses come with streaming access for 12 months and offer a printable certificate upon completion of the curriculum and course work. CE credits are through the National Board of Certification (NBC). For free courses there is a nominal processing fee of $20 for submitting to the NBC for CE credit.
